Data portability
There are several ways for a company to extract contact activity in order to process it to a différent platform:
Synchronization with a third-party solution, so that each data is exported on the fly ;
Recurring or one-time exports.
Data synchronization
Several connectors with third-parties enable Agendize to export data (eg: CRM entries, appointment activity) in a continuous way:
- Salesforce
- Pipedrive
- ... or possibly our online connector to Zapier
Exports
Automated exports
Reports enable you to extract data in a recurring way, in a CSV or an Excel format. Exported data includes:
appointments list ;
forms responses ;

Contact list can be exported from the backoffice to an Excel format, including: contact details, custom fields, tags.
Data export with the API
If you have access to an API key, our REST API can be used to finetune an export process meeting your requirements. The documentation is available at https://developers.agendize.com/.
The API enables you to extract contact data in the CRM, along with their activity. The exported data used JSON format.
You can choose to export:
- synchronously, using watchers mechanisms, so that each event is propagated to a third-party system as it occurs ;
- on a one-time basis, when playing an export script (script examples are shared in our forum).
