Message templates for clients: emails, text & ICS events
As a reseller, you can define default email templates for all your clients.
Configuration menu
On your reseller account, go in "Configuration" menu, then on "Messages Templates"
Mode
You can choose between 4 modes :
- Scheduling - service mode
- Scheduling - resource mode
- Scheduling - appointment request
- User account management
In each mode, you have the list of email, text message and calendar/ICS event templates that are sent to the managers, staff members and end customers.
If only one language has been activated, you just have to clic on the template title to edit it. If several languages have been activated, you will find a link to edit the template in each language.
User account management
You can fine-tune different types of email, including the staff on-boarding email, account notifications, new custom form response notification, missed phone call, credit limit reached (for text-messages and minutes calls):

You can customize the subject of the message

You can insert dynamic text to personalize the text with the company, client or appointment specific information :
